Large luxury holiday apartment. This property is large and airy. It is fully air conditioned throughout that doubles up with heating. It is completed with nice furnishings and fittings. There is a fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed and 2 of the bedrooms with twin beds. Marble flooring throughout. The living room opens out on a lovely large terrace furnished with dining and lounging facilities and a nice view. It is set in tropical gardens with a gated swimming pool. This property is surrounded by many Golf Fields !!!

 

Within a 5 min drive is the famous Puerto Banus where you will mingle with the jet set. The "Golf Valley! offers some of the finest courses and clubs you will ever experience. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 15 min drive from the cosmopolitan Marbella, the River Garden complex has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bagain hunting on saturdays, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The complex benefits from its own private pool and beautful gardens. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace, furnished with table and charis to enable you to dine al fresco. With one doule and one twin bedroom the apartment is ideal for familiens with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

 

 

Changeover day

Our changeover day is Friday/Saturday not before 2pm and departure time is 10 o'clock.

 

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, kingsize bed with en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2, twin beds.
Bedroom 3, twin beds.
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have a bath with shower over, bidet, wc and basin. One is the en suite.
Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen had a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. And the usual kettle, toaster a.s.o.
Living Rooms: The living/dining room has 2 sofas and dining table with 6 chairs. There is a TV (satellite).
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		Towels and linen are provided. The apartment is cleaned before arrival. Extra towels and cleaning will be provided at extra cost. There is also a babysitting service available as well as pick up to and from the airport.

 

Notes on accommodation: The property benefits from 24 hour security with secure undergroung parking with lifts to all floors. It is suitable for wheelchair access.
